Defence Precinct
Albatross Aviation Technology Park (AATP) is designed specifically to support defence and aviation industries. The estate adjoins the airfield of HMAS Albatross and is connected by taxiways to the base runways.
International companies currently operate from the AATP delivering services primarily to the Royal Australian Navy but also to other ADF clients and customers located elsewhere in Australia and overseas. The subdivision layout has been designed that the larger lots front onto taxiways leading to the airfield with smaller lots being strategically located adjacent to airside lots and particularly suited for equipment and instrumentation repairs and maintenance.
